No-Fault Insurance
March 12th, 2008
Typically, this is a type of an automobile insurance where the insurers indemnify {an indemnity is a payment given by A to B by way of compensation for a particular loss suffered by B. the indemnifying party (A) may or may not be responsible for the loss suffered by the indemnified party (B), (wikipedia.org)}the insured person no matter what his/her fault is in the incident. Technically, the term refers only to provincial or state laws that allow recuperation of direct injure and at the same time, limit the right of the insured to take legal action. But sometimes, the term is also functional to any form of policy that permits for a policy holder to be compensated by their own insurer irregardless of the proof of liability.
